Building Information Modeling (BIM)

An integral tool within our process, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software allows us to visualize and construct the project in three dimensions, improving communication and collaboration with the entire project team.  Changes, improvements and edits are automatically rendered throughout the design process. What-if scenarios and decision-making vignettes can be viewed from any number of vantage points within the model - enhancing the client's ability to visualize the project and to make critical decisions on an informed basis.

BIM allows us to produce projects of higher quality with fewer change orders and produces comprehensive, accurate documents for our clients and partners. BIM also facilitates improved collaboration among our design team, our client and our contractor partners.
