Sustainable Design

Our staff is comprised of six LEED Accredited Professionals and our firm is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USBGC), the authors of the LEED certification process. Our firm is committed to designing buildings and spaces that are environmentally sensitive. We recognize that there are basic design considerations, such as building orientation, thermal mass, day lighting, etc., that dramatically impact a building’s performance and its impact on the environment – and that should be employed on every project, regardless of the sustainability goals set for the project. 

We also recognize that many of our clients desire their project to achieve a higher, more profound level of sustainability. We are well equipped to deliver on those expectations as well. Our team’s collective understanding of the full spectrum of sustainable design – from site selection and water management to energy efficiency and material selection – is deep and broad based.
